Meet Dr. Matthew Tumbarello, DPT—a performance-driven physical therapist with a passion for injury prevention and personalized care. After earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2022 and a Bachelor's in Exercise Science in 2018, Matthew turned a personal ACL injury into a lifelong mission: to help athletes of all ages reduce the risk of non-contact injuries and move with purpose.
His background includes hands-on experience as a Strength Coach at Bonita Bay Club and clinical training with top professionals, including the Minnesota Twins Rehabilitation Department during Spring Training. At Myo Reset, Matthew brings together science, strategy, and real-world athletic experience to deliver customized sessions for everyone—from elite athletes to weekend warriors. His goal? Helping you move better, recover smarter, and perform at your highest level.

Deanna DeNapoli, PT, DPT graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2022 and specializes in sports orthopedics with extensive experience in professional baseball. Over the past four years, she has worked with multiple Major League Baseball organizations, including the Minnesota Twins, Miami Marlins, and Chicago White Sox.
Deanna’s clinical focus is to help a wide variety of clients with most of her experience in optimizing athletic performance, injury prevention, and bridging the gap between sport specifics and rehabilitation for elite and recreational athletes. She has advanced training with a certification in manual therapy and dry needling.
